Japanese conveyor-belt chain that opened in Indonesia at Pondok Indah Mall in Nov 2023. Menu has no pork, lard or alcohol, but it had no halal certificate as of Sept 2025.
What we checked (October 2026)
Operator announcement (Dec 2023) says the Indonesian menu is Muslim-friendly: about 100 sushi and 30 side dishes with no pork, no lard, no alcohol. No halal certificate was found, and the announcement does not mention certification.
