The directory is maintained as The Sushi Directory editorial project. We do not invent editor identities or credentials. Where an individual author or reviewer is named in future, their real background and contribution will be shown.
Why it exists
Restaurant discovery often mixes advertisements, ratings and unverified data. This project keeps factual sources, editorial judgement and commercial relationships visibly separate.
What is covered
The current editorial layer contains 1,520 listings across 97 countries and 348 city guides. The separate United States research layer contains 10,110 source-listed or verified records across all states and Washington, DC.
